I know I've posted this one before but if you havent or dont make kabobs on the egg..you're missing a great meal..for the beef I use ribeye chunks cut by my butcher and a marinade which is in the cookbook section of the forum site (top sirloin shish kabobs, but I use ribeye)..for the shrimp..just evoo and DP Jamaican Firewalk..for sides I vary it but tonight it was saffron rice, fresh watermelon, and tomatoes...when I have all the skewers done, I just dump them into a large bowl, toss, and serve over the rice...good eats!..

Ribeye chunks for kabobs, hummmmmmm, does sound delicious. I gotta make some kabobs, haven't had'em in a long time. Yesterday grilled marinated tenderloin on the mini, was really good and I bet that cut would make a good kabob also. I would have to be careful not to overcook though.
Beautiful looking kabobs ya got there. -
Those look super, ET. Kebabs are quickly becoming an Egg favorite around here. I'll agree that DP JFW is excellent for a quick spicy shrimp appetizer.

Thanks guys..these are a great quick cook and guests love 'em!!

Do you add a sauce during the cook? They look great!

Actually..I usually boil the marinade and reduce it for basting during the cook, but the wiffie threw it out before I caught her so no sauce on these...

Never thought to use ribeye for the meat. Always was under the notion to use a cheaper cut of meat. Will try ribeye next time. Great looking cook. Kabobs are always a good cook on the Egg...and healthy too. BTW...did you ever get the security system for your home?
