Cooking time for small butts

Is there a rule of thumb for cooking-time for smaller butts? I have a 4lb boneless butt that has been going for about 7 hours and is only at 152 (dome temp between 230 and 240). I thought it would take more than 2 hours/lb (I budgeted 10 total), but now I'm wondering if it's going to be done before I head to bed....

Just let it ride. Every butt is different, every cook is different. It will be awesome. Yes I would guess it will be ready before bedtime.(195deg internal).

The 3.6lb I did reached 175* in 5 hours. Which was the doneness we wanted.

I usually do 2 at a time, I put them on at 9:00 PM and go to bed, I get up about 7:00 AM and have a great breakfast. I cook at about 225.
