I did them yesterday indirect @ 275 for 2 hours. I did the dizzy pig recipe using the egg wash with swamp venom and traditional breading. Two of my guest said they were the best wings they had ever eaten. I couldn't argue tha fact that they were pretty tasty. The full recipe is on the DP site.

I did them a few days ago, 250*, but direct and on a raised grid. They were good, but didn't brown quite as much as I'd have liked.

And after that, crank it up to 400 for 30 mins to crisp.

I did them on a raised grid for a hour @ 300. Turn them frequently so they would not be charred. Turn out great with crispy skin. I know what is for dinner tonight.
