\"Hatch\"ed a little lunch!

Apparently, it's Hatch Chile season, and they were EVERYWHERE at my favorite Central Market. Including at the butcher counter, where they had all kinds on sausages made with them. These are Chicken, Hot Hatch Chiles, and Cheddar.

Also threw together some Texas 1015 Onion and Baby Bellas, sprayed a little Pam and a healthy dose of Shakin' the Tree. AWESOME!
