Gone Blank...Round Roast Help

I have a cute 3 lb top round roast all sprinkled with whatever leftover rubs I could find (it's part dizzy, part steak stuff, part whatever it was in that small bag). For the life of me I can't remember the temp/time to cook this baby. Hint: never have red wine and white chocolate. It affects the brain.

    MollyShark,[p]It's lean as can be = FAST AND HOT.[p]Sear it and dwell or finish it off in the oven at a lower temp since the ceramic can't loose heat easily.[p]If you're like me, just sear it on all side until done to your liking. Keep rotating until done.[p]Enjoy [p]Tim[p]Tim
