Small pork roast.

Did a 3.6# pork butt yesterday. No rub and just seasonings. It was like a oven roast but on the egg. cooked it for 5 hours at 260* and pulled it at 175*. We just wanted sliced pork. It came out tender and moist. Others I've cooked I pulled at 190* The bark if you can called it that was a nice brown color.

Looks good to me! I've done pork roasts but usually a different cut.
