Hi Qbabe,

I have made your wonderful goat cheese mashed potatoes before but was wondering if you think using Yukon gold potatoes will work just as well??? :unsure:

I was also thinking of putting a small amount of chives in with them??? Your thoughts please. I will be on and off the forum throughout the day so TIA. :)
