Pulled Pork - First Time
I'm looking for some advice regarding the cooking times/temps for boston butt. This will be my first attempt and want to get it right (or nearly so) on the first try. I'm set with regards to rubs & sauces, but not sure how long and at what temps I should plan on smoking the meat. Also, when, how much, and for how long should I plan on smoking? I'll be using soaked hickory chips and plan on cooking about 8 lbs of pork. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Chris Buckridge,
Many of us follow Elder Wards method of doing pulled pork. It has always produced great meals for us.[p]~nikki
