I confess that I have been lurking around this site (and others) for quite a while. I am a ceramic cooking devotee, but I happen to have a competitive model. I've learned a great deal from this site, and from time to time I feel qualified to offer suggestions that will hopefully be helpful. I want to learn more, share more and grow in the art. Sooooooooooo, if you will indulge an "outsider", I would appreciate it.
