I confess that I have been lurking around this site (and others) for quite a while. I am a ceramic cooking devotee, but I happen to have a competitive model. I've learned a great deal from this site, and from time to time I feel qualified to offer suggestions that will hopefully be helpful. I want to learn more, share more and grow in the art. Sooooooooooo, if you will indulge an "outsider", I would appreciate it.

Thanks Klag. I retired from the photographic industry in 1994. I sold all of my equipment at that time and havn't taken a picture since. I may have to re-think that.

well..we arent REAL picky..although if you were in the industry you may be..get a cheap digi cam and take pix of your cooks! :P

Unless you have 4 or 5 different sized ceramic cookers, you might be an egghead soon. My guess is that you don't have a super small one yet, and folks here swear by them.
