Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Stuffed with Fresh Basil and Fresh Mozarella ( July 2008). Served with White Beans with Garlic Lemon & Parmesan (July 2000#) Done on the stove top.

I cooked the chicken indirect. The egg was 400 when I put the placesetter in it dropped to 300 put the chicken on at 325 cooked at 325 to 350. I think it was cooler near the grate as I didn't give the placesetter much time to warm up. Next time I go a little higher and with a warm placesetter to get a little more color. Cooked to 165.
