Recipe/meal ideas for a new egger?????

Since I am new to egging I thought I would ask for some different recipes/meals I normally would not think of making. Please share any recipes (common or not so common) you've enjoyed cooking and eating.

Grilled romaine is great. Buy whole hearts and split them in half (leaving stem intact)

drizzle the cut side with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill down for a couple minutes and top with a fresh dressing.
