Flatiron Steak and Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

These Flatiron Steaks were seared at 650* for 2.5-min per side and rested while I grilled the Romaine
Flatiron Steak, grilled Baby Asparagus wrapped with Prosciutto, Baked Potato rubbed with Bacon fat, and Grilled Romaine
Medium Rare
My wife Jackie made this wonderful Strawberry Rhubarb Lattice Pie
This was a Great Dinner for use and our Friends.

nice. pics. strawberry rhubarb is my favorite. My wife makes it like a crisp which is similar to apple crisp.

Nice looking cook, I am really enjoying the flat iron cut. Seems a little hard to find in these parts though. Raising the steaks seems to goes well with it.

They are from the shoulder you only get two per. I have to go to a high end market to fined them.
