I'm trying my first low and slow pork butt. Put it on last night just before midnight, with temperature stable at 250.

I just got out of bed and the dome was at 190 or so, meat at 150. So no problem, right? I adjusted the vents to get the dome back to 250. Smells great :)

Unfortunately, I think our dinner guests may not be arriving. There was an explosion at a propane storage facility nearby, and most of the roads are closed.
