Tonights cook - 2 picnics

9:30 pm and just put two 7lb picnic shoulders on for an overnighter.
Only my second time for pulled pork- last month I did 3 boston butts and had great results. Wish me luck!
If all goes well, looks like pulled pork for breakfast again!

  • 9am & all's well. When I left last night dome temp was 225°
    Right now Dome temp is 250° Gotta love these ceramics!
    Gonna open her up & do an internal temp. Than I'll wrap it & store in a cooler until lunch time!

    Well, I am jealous. Too much work and not enough time to cook anything decent. My stale donut just doesn’t taste the same after hearing about hot and fresh pulled pork.[p]Eat some for me.
