Bacon Dogs

Bacon is very popular herein the cult, but I had cooked a pork tenderloin the night before.


Too keep it simple I bacon wrapped some dogs for dinner last night.

Now that jalapeños are back in the store I find a use for the remaining bacon. :laugh:

Oscar Meyer (low fat ) in order to watch we eat. Turkey & Pork I think. They were still very tasty.

It's nice to do the whole-meal-in-the-cooker cooks, and I don't think that I've done it yet (except for pizzas) but I appreciate what options are available to be able to do just that.

I found the small pot at HEB for $6. It's egg friendly.

That all looks fantastic, especially that onion. Is it just an onion with the bottom wrapped in foil and left on the Egg for an hour?

Ive never seen it done that way but looks awesome! I love onions

I cut a small piece of the top of the onion; added a few drops of Balsalmic Vinegar, pad of butter and some DP Shakin the Tree. The foil was to stop it from rolling around.
