Safe to that brisket out of fridge?
I've got a 13lb brisket that I froze a couple weeks back. I want to cook it tomorrow for Saturday, but I didn't think to thaw it a few days ago. Is it safe to thaw it on the counter tonight? I don't think it will thaw in time in the refrigerator.

I would be more inclined to put it in a trash bag and submerge it in a sink full of water and keep the water at 40 degrees. -RP
