Safe to that brisket out of fridge?

I've got a 13lb brisket that I froze a couple weeks back. I want to cook it tomorrow for Saturday, but I didn't think to thaw it a few days ago. Is it safe to thaw it on the counter tonight? I don't think it will thaw in time in the refrigerator.
