Picnic shoulder
I need some help with a marinade. I'm trying to find a simple tried and true recipe. I've got an 8lb shoulder I'm getting ready to eat Monday. I've seen TNW's site and recipe's here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a rub, sauce and suggestions on cooking.
