Hi!
I know your original recipe calls for chicken quarters but do you ever use drumsticks and thighs separately and if so, does this change the cook time at all or is it still roughly 90 minutes on the cooker? I love the recipe. It is a family favorite. Thanks.

I do it with thighs only, thighs and breasts, parts, and/or quarters.
I just cook it until the chicken is done - usually 75-90 minutes.
I agree with you, it is a terrific recipe. -
I did drumsticks at the last couple fests, like Fidel said, just cook them until they're done, 165 for white meat and 190 for dark. -RP
