Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Umm Umm Good. Best darn Pineapple Upside Down Cake Ever.
Cooked this on the Egg using Our Lodge Dutch Oven without the lid. Man this turned out perfect. Everyone said it was the best darn upside down pineapple cake they ever had.
Served slightly warm with a touch of cool whip. Again UMM UMM Good.
Today I cooked my first Turkey. 16 lb'er. Removed top fire ring and used oven plate. Used the turkey basket and round drip pan. Smothered the bird inside and out with butter
, salt and pepper. Used about 1/2 gallon of hickory chips and smoked the bird at 200 degrees till smoke stopped, 1/2 Hr. Then raised temp to 325-350 and cooked for 3 hours. Man this was the best tasting butterball turkey I've ever had. Hope I'm not sounding to repetative. Steve. ;)
