The PNW Eggfest, held in Issaquah, WA, just a few minutes NW of Seattle, is just a little over a month away.

Here are a few of the things I am considering cooking up:

Salmon (hubby will be there cooking this up this year and I am here to tell you his salmon is my favorite I've ever tasted)

Mango/brie quesadillas (recipe shamelessly stolen from Dessert Filly)

Pancetta Asparagus

Sliders

Sweet onion sausages

Gold nugget bread

s’mores pizza (haven't tried this one yet, may do it tonight!)

Roasted fruit (I make this in the Aga and it's delish. Need to try it on the Egg, don't see why it won't work just as great)
