I am going to make the trip up for my first one. I have a couple questions. Can we bring well behaved dogs? What are the chances of getting a sample of each cook? When a dish is ready, is it a free for all, first come first serve? Just wondering what I'm getting myself into....
Thanks
Thanks

Wardster,
You will probably have to call the restaurant to see if they allow pets on the property. There could be health department restrictions. It is first come first serve, however, there is most often plenty to enough go around.

Wardster,
The real trick is to pace yourself when tasting. It is important that eat only a taste of any particular dish. By early afternoon, you will find that no matter how good something looks or smells you will actually not be able to put another piece of food in your mouth. You will be that full of “just one bite”. I came by around 4PM and cooked a couple
of large ribeyes and they were gone so fast
it reminded me of African lions eating a gazelle. [p]YMMV
