Perfect Prime?
I have a 15lb prime rib ready to go on the egg. I have done it several times with different rubs, and it is always great. Just looking for the perfect recipe. Any suggestions?

One of my customers makes his prime rib with the recipe that can be found in the recipe book you should have received when you bought your BGE. He shouts it's praises. Just wondering why you think you need a rub? Why not savor the flavor of the meat by itself?
