I am super excited about my newest accessory additions. A new cast iron skillet (8"), and an oval cast iron grid that measures 17.5" across, 9" wide, with 2" legs.

Looks like it will fit on a Primo.

It is from a vintage grill, that I don't know the name of. I am planning on using it in my LGE. How do you think the measurements will do? Should take up just over 1/2 of the grill I think...

Beach was great (as always), and fam is still there with the inlaws till Fri. I came back to work for a few days before we head up to Lookout Mountain for a weekend reunion with college teammates. I am bringing 2 butts to the reunion, and not one of the 5 families have had any food cooked on an egg before. They all love BBQ, and I am looking forward to blowin them away.
My dearest friends in the world....can't beat it. -
Sounds like you are going to have a great weekend. If your friends have not had butts off of the egg before they are in for a real treat. Are you going to Eggtoberfest this year?Don't forget to take a couple of jars of Wickles.

Great reminder on the Wickles...I would have definitely forgotten to pick some up.
There will be 12 adults and a slew of kids. (18 I think).
Should be enough pulled pork from 2 8 pounders right?
Others are bringing sides and frosty beverages. -
You will have plenty. There will be about 1/2 pound of cooked meat per person.
