Help me WMK. I have a new computer and cannot sign in anymore. I never signed out with my old computer so I was always in. I can't remember my user name (is that my real name or my "handle) or my password. I think a was remiss in updating my email address also so I have requested a forgotten password but I believe its going to the old address which was jbrady@parksite.com

    Your contact information is up to date. You may use your handle as your username to request a new password. Let me know if this doesn't help you and I'll reset your password manually.

    No, it shouldn't take long. I just tried to send you a manual password reset. It shouldn't take long to receive it. You may need to check your "spam" folder.

    I still have not received an email with new password (or old password for that matter)in either mailbox or spam box. I still can't sign in. Help please.

    I just tried again to send you a password reset email. Your email address appears to be correct though, so I am not at all sure why you are not receiving them. Sometimes it's necessary to put registrations@eggheadforum.com, or better still, just @eggheadforum.com, on your "whitelist" to ensure delivery. We have many members with yahoo email addresses; so, I don't think there is any problem with yahoo in general.
