stuffed Tostitos reheating question
RRP
Posts: 26,455

This was a before picture from yesterday when I made this big batch of stuffers using Mexican cheese. I like to make things ahead and then reheat a few every day to enjoy. Today I nuked them and while they were oK the Tostitos would come out limp, but crisp up again as they cooled. Anybody have any other ideas?

Maybe a toaster oven?

could be...if I had one! I just tried 3 more batches at various times, temps, and power percentages. Bet I'll find some combo about the same time I run out of ones to test! :PRe-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

We wrapped ours in AF and put them in the oven at 300 for 10-15 minutes...they were crunchy & hot..
