Rubbed with Dinosaur rub. Cooked at 250 dome for most of the nineteen hours a few at 235 so it was ready for dinner. Also used hickory chips

Plated with coleslaw and wickles relish on bacon bread that we got at the farmers market. Also a bottled grilled artichoke and brocolli salad. The bread wasn't anything special and I think the butts I pulled were better, but still very good.

My egg cooked for 24 straight counting Saturdays chicken. A record for me. I am sure many more have gone much longer.
