Yesterday\'s Butts

Thanks to everyone who helped with my temp reading issues yesterday. This was my 7th or 8th butt cook on the egg and first with any measure of difficulty. Maybe I got over confident.
Anyway, the two 8.5lb butts went 16hrs. The turned out wonderfully. It was very late (or early this am) when I pulled them so we havent eaten any yet except for a sample or two. Future long cooks will be done overnight.
I have pics I can load later.
