Just got my new BGE home and am trying to decide what to cook first time out. Any suggestions on something easy?

Congrats on the new Egg! Keep it simple on your first cook. Beer can chicken or spatchcocked chicken indirect is a great meal. Just cook to 165 breast temp at the coldest spot with a pit temp of 275-325. Doesn't have to be exact so you can learn to control your temp and still have a great meal the first time.
