Looking for table maker "Martini Mark in MSP"

So I'm looking to build a new table and found what I'm looking for on the Naked Whiz's photo gallery, but can't identify the builder. The maker's handle is "Martini Mark in MSP". Can anyone help me with finding this person, and/or, help in getting my hands on table plans for this type of table. Thanks so much!!
