Cooking time for Mr Toad's Pork Loin
Planning on doing a Mr Toad's Pork Loin tomorrow. A 4 lb loin at 300. Do I do it direct or indirect and about how long will it take. Any advice would be reatly appriciated.

Definitely indirect with drip pan (I add some water and apple jucie to the pan). See Mr Toad under Recipes...Pork..Mr Toad's....nde
