Rehabing my EggCart

I purchased a eggcart last year and all was well. This year my employer decided to have a customer appreciation day and cook pork chops and such. He also ask if i would cook on my egg at my location. I was worry the moving of the egg and cart would hurt the cart and worst case tip over and break my egg. Long story short all went well, plenty of eggposure. Once I safely got cart and egg home i noticed cart was no longer sturdy. I pulled my egg out and took all the screw out and replaced with longer and thicker screws and put some brackets on for additional support. The cart is presently on the rack and getting stained. Now i can relax and the cart appears solid. Lesson learned is that if i move the egg and cart again - i take the egg out and move them individually. I got lucky once don't want to chance it twice.
Further good new - besides getting a egg dealer in town, that dealer is now carrying Dizzy Pig!!! YEA
