Maybe you can help. I can't decide what to pair with my brisket today. I at least have it down to one of 3 brews. All are in the fridge. They are:
Centennial dry hopped Pale Ale (homebrew)
Green Flash IPA
Hair of the Dog Blue Dot
What do you think?

i think you should send me all of those and go to the store and buy some miller high life.
;o)
let's see.......
homebrew before.....
green flash during.....
hair of the dog blue dot if you can still go after that!!!
honestly, i haven't tried the hotd or the green flash, so i'm pretty in the dark about all of this.
i always love a good homebrew, so and centennial dry hopped pale ale sounds fantastic.
i REALLY did go to the store and grab some miller high life in CANS for while i'm outside egging.
i'm running out of decent "drinking" summer beers, but i'm pimp tight on porters and stouts.
ever since the missus got off miller lite, it's been katie bar the door on the beer stash. in four months, she went from miller light to BORIS the crusher.
LOL
