bge pork chop recipe

Under the recipes section, I found a recipe for bge stuffed pork chops that uses dried cherries, breadcrumbs, etc. My question for anyone that may have used this recipe before...what king of breadcrumbs shoud I use? Make them myself...toasted or not? Just run some bread through the blender? Any advice appreciated

I haven't used that recipe yet the great thing about cooking is being able to do what seems right to you. The simplest approach would be to buy some breadcrumbs. It would be pretty straightforward to make your own ... check out the following link:

My guess is that in following the advice on this web page you can spice up the bread as you see fit.
