SeanB, try this simple one from Cat:
    Simple Spicy Shrimp by Cat
Here's a simple Jacques Pepin recipe I like:
3 TBS honey mustard (mix enough honey into grainy mustard until it tastes sweet/hot)
    2 TBS dark soy sauce
    ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
Mix the above and stir into a pound of shelled shrimp. When they're well coated, lift them out of the sauce, skewer and grill. [p](350-375 for about 4-5 minutes a side) [p]

    SeanB,
Likely you want to grill the shrimp as they won't take but a few minutes per side to cook and won't get a lot of smoke.
I do mine wrapped in bacon for a little added flavor. If you're interested, I'll email you the recipe.

<p />SeanB,[p]A warm welcome to the family and forum to yet another NE Ohio Egger and Browns fan (I think).[p]I'll toss my hat into the ring and offer this grilled shrimp recipe that I've had many compliments on. If you decide to go with it, it has been suggested that the amount of honey can be doubled or tripled for better results.[p]Go Browns! May you not break our hearts again.[p]chileside.gif
Hot peppers are good for you
