Ribs to die for

<p />I did these 3 full slanbs of ribs last weekend and I'll tell ya what, they were just awesome. Put a little sauce on in the last 5 minutes or so. 5 hours on the button @250. Drip pan with v-rack on 2 firebricks flippin every 45 did the trick. No mustard, rubs or anything.[p]Really good. Well worth the $27 bux I paid for em' at Costco.[p]Happy eggin![p]Mick
