Ribs to die for

<p />I did these 3 full slanbs of ribs last weekend and I'll tell ya what, they were just awesome. Put a little sauce on in the last 5 minutes or so. 5 hours on the button @250. Drip pan with v-rack on 2 firebricks flippin every 45 did the trick. No mustard, rubs or anything.[p]Really good. Well worth the $27 bux I paid for em' at Costco.[p]Happy eggin![p]Mick

Speaking of sauce, if ya'll ever get out around the Rolling Meadows / Palatine area (Arlington Park race track) there's a pretty good bbq joint on Euclid Ave. a couple of miles west of IL53. Hammer,[p]Ya know I had a fishin pole in one hand and a Bud in the other, but if I were to throw a dart I do believe it was a #3. I've been cooking with these rings for over 2.5 years now and I sorta just look at the size and go "yep, that's the one"[p]Give it a shot. You can't go wrong[p]Mick
