Scallop Stir Fry - Recipe?

So I want to make a scallop stir fry tonight for dinner. I just gor my wok and spider so I was looking for any help with a recipe.

    I don't have a recipe for you, but I highly recommend that you stick to "dry" scallops. They're a little more expensive, but a world of difference.

    I don't have a stir fry recipe but I like mine grilled wraped in prosciutto. I cook direct over at 350 till the proscuitto crisps up. Don't over cook. I use DPs raging river rub for seasoning. You use your wok to saute the veggies. good luck to ya, Tom Scallops3.jpgScallops1.jpgScallops4.jpg
