Seared the bacon sides at around 400.
Flipped it flat side for about 3 minutes per side. Came out real good.

Mightyfine looking scallops

I wrap my scallops in bacon and marinade them with Wish Bone Italian Dressing for 1 hr. Before I put them on the grill I sprinkle DP Tsunami Spin on both sides of the scallops.I cook them at 400 indirect for about 40 minutes turning once.

They are delicious....
