putting a rub on them and wrapping them up for 20 hours or so.[p]I've got some and they sound great, but I haven't done a thing to them.[p]Thanks, Frank

Franco,[p]I once put a rub on and cooked right away. Honestly, I can't tell the difference to the one's I rubbed and let sit in the fridge overnight.[p]Both ways seem good to me.
