Grandma slapping Salmon

Had great meal for friends tonight via BGE. Prepared Salmon-salt, black pepper, coated with spicy brown mustard mixed with Grand Marnier. Used Orangewood for smoke. Roasted fresh beats coated with excellent olive oil beside Salmon. Pre-dinner with glasses of Tuaco Liqueur and served a nice French Chardonnay with meal. Finished off meal with cheese and coffee. Guests were glazed and happy![p]BGE at 350 for about 20 minutes. Will make you want to slap your grandma it's so good.
