Haven't used Old Bay, but I love shrimps on the small. Marinate half an hour in a teriyaki-style sauce (Yoshida is good if you can get it), skewer and grill 2 mins at 650º. Turn and grill 2 mins more. If they aren't done (opaque), give them another turn and another 2 mins.[p]Ken

Help,[p]I don't even skewer them. I just stir-grill them on one of those seafood grills with the small holes, laid right on the BGE grill, over a good hot fire, for about 5 min. Real easy.
