Back From Vacation Cook

So we got home from vacation the other day and decided to cook it up tonight. We did the entire dinner on the egg, even dessert :cheer:
The wifey got some fine looking N.Y. strips on special

Looks fine man!! My little girl is in your town for a month or two. She is doing an internship at Del Mar racetrack through august. She turned 21 last night, I hope San Diego has recovered. -RP

Thats one nice cook you did. Just got back from vacation my self. However haven't got caught up enough to do that good of cook.....yet! :laugh: Wife likes ribeye but strip is my favorite!

Fantastic! Looks great. Do you have the humidity that we have here in the desert today? Really sticky.

No humidity here, at least not like it was in South Carolina while we were there. Pretty nice here in San Diego
