top of big egg will not open
has this ever happened to anyone. I can't get the top open--it's like it is welded shut. any suggestions

drop in a lit starter cube to warm it up. this assumes you can get the top daisy wheel portion open

Light three starter cubes and put them in the center of the bottom of the Egg through the bottom vent door. Your Egg should open around 450 degrees. -RP
