Wood table for small egg?
Rich
Posts: 67
Does anyone have a wood table for the small egg? Also does the egg get too hot and burn the wood if the wood table was tight fitting around the sides of the egg? Thanks,[p]Rich

Rich,
Yes, the wood will burn if it is too close to the egg. I think my table has 1/4 to 1/3 inch all around and it is scorching on one side.[p]TNW

I stabilized both of my eggs with 3/4" aluminum blocks that I milled at work. Push the block tight to your table with the lid closed, pre drill the holes for the screws, set the screws and your done.[p]I use 3 per egg.[p]Hope this helps.[p]Mick
