STOLEN APPETIZER!!! STUFFED FRITOS

Woke up this morning and just had to cook something. Elbow surgery has keep me off the egg for a couple of days, and I have been craving those Stuffed Fritos posted a couple of days ago. So, followed the recipe except I put on cheese later. Topped some with Jalapenos, and also decided to try the Tostitos scoops to answer earlier questions. Both Fritos and Tostitos work just fine. Did them indirect at 350 for about 30 minutes. Used the cookie grid to make transporting them on and off quick and easy (very important for this cook in my opinion). Also did some potatoes as well. I got 2.5 lbs of meat knowing that would provide more than enuf for appetizers. I finished up the stuffed appetizers, put on the pizza stone, and let er rip. Got it up to about 600 in about 1 minute and stabilized her there. Cooked 2 mexican pizzas to finish up lunch. Mom and Dad came over and couldn't stop talking about everything. The kids loved the fritos and tostitos. I totally recommend putting pickled jalapenos on them. Even if you don't like spicy food, they are pretty tame after the cook.

The pizza was layered as follows. Store bought crust (first time for me on a store bought, but quite good and crispy), refried beans, sour cream, guac, seasoned taco meat, crushed fritos  ,diced tomatoes, mexican four cheese blend. Cooked for 4-5 minutes each.
