Did some corn at 300 for 30 minutes in the husk. Raised the temp to 350 and did some haddock with DP Shaking the Tree till 125 internal, and some asparagus with EVOO and DP dizzy dust...

    Fish is one of my favorite things on the Egg. Like a lot of folks fighting colesteral all the time. Looks good but where's the corn!! :woohoo:
  • Easy and nice.

    We lived in Scotland for five years and haddock was our go to fish. Lean, white meat that you can go any direction you want with it.
