Those pretzels you posted yesterday were absolutely incredible! Do you get that beautiful color using the recipe as-is or have you tweaked it a bit? You could get my order for them just from the pictures! 8 - )~~~ BTW, will Kosher salt work as well as the "pretzel" variety?

I followed the recipe exactly, the color is some sort of chemical reaction between the dough and the boiling baking soda water. -RP
