Used some of the fresh crust from Trader Joe's (thanks for the tip Greg).
Home made sauce, sautéed onions, feta chesse, steamed broccoli, & fresh mozzarella on a garlic/herb crust.
Not to worry, there is a carnivore pie as well. Italian sausage, onion, feta, mozzarella on reg crust.
Lets eat.

Can you tell me how you got the pizza dough so even? We have used the Trader Joe Garlic/Herb dough but can never get it to behave. It contracts into a small irregular shepe and it always puffs up when cooked.

Yeah, thats how the other one did.....the oblong one with the sausage. It was was pain in the rear. But the garlic/herb one did great...
Just put it in a bowl with a tiny bit of EVOO for about an hour then tossed it on a cutting board with some flour. Held it up and used gravity to stretch. -
For a veg pizza, that looks really good. Glad we got some meat in the next one. :laugh:

that dough so you get a real nice, ROUND pie. I'm joking- beats the hell out of the tourist food I'm eating this week at the beach.
