butt with fat cap/up or down?

I Just put a butt on egg, injected with pineapple juice and rum, coated with both of BlueSmoke's rub. Question, there is a fat cap on one side, being as I did not trim it and it's coated with the rub, should I just put the fat cap down or up??? [p]Thanks,

There is so much fat in a butt that it does not matter what side is up.
We will take off what some call the false cap, it is what you are more than likely fat cap, rub and the throw it on.
We also inject to keep the moisture levels very high and pull it off at 195º internal.

Here is a very simple one to use
Zesty Italian dressing run it thru a screen to take out chunks, then add your rub (make a fine powder out of your rub first). Inject until the butt will take no more.
I know Stogie also has a recipe that he has posted a number of times.
