Can someone tell me or direct me to a Goop recipe for chicken breasts?

    MCD,
    The goop recipe is simply equal parts of buttermilk and cheap yellow mustard. What we do is slather it on whatever we are cooking, then coat with a generous amount of our favorite rub. Let sit overnight for best results. Some people like to mix the rub in with the goop, I think it works just as good to coat it generously.[p]~nikki
