Tonight... Turkey Leg & Sweet Tater

I did the Turkey Leg & Sweet Tater at 300° for about 90 minutes direct with a small lump of Hickory. Pulled at 180°.

I love that meal - simple and delicious. But your potato turned into beans! :woohoo:

The potato is in the upper right on a separate plate. I wasn't counting the beans since the were just microwaved for 6 minute on high.
